Crossroads offers child counseling services for children ages 6-12 at both our Scottsdale and Phoenix locations. Our child counseling services focus on children who struggle with managing both their emotions and behaviors. Often times when a child shows poor behavior on the outside the cause of that poor behavior is some unmet emotional need. It is a symptom of a deeper need such as connection, closeness, reassurance, and guidance. We work to not only help your child correct his or her behavior, but also focus on helping you and your child to strengthen your relationship. The bottom line is that when a child feels safe, secure, and connected they are better able to manage their emotion and behavior.
